Beaudesert is considered a rural agricultural town, approximately 60-minutes west of the beachside suburb Gold Coast and southwest from South Brisbane. Providing easy access to both prime locations.

Beaudesert has good shopping facilities, along with a swimming pool, a good golf course as well as tennis and playing fields. The town is well known for the friendly people, showgrounds and their historical museum and a good community centre.
Population Growth
Population growth has been moderate in recent years. However, it is set to grow with significant developments being announced within the surrounding scenic rim area, including the the establishment of two new residential areas the Brayford Estate, and Tullamore Downs.
